This trail system near Rand consists mostly of loops of intermediate level singletrack. The Seven Mile trail starts simply enough but quickly turns into a wet, rocky road with numerous stream crossings and basketball-sized rocks. The trails range in elevation from 6,500 feet to over 8,500 feet with terrain and challenges varied enough for riders of all abilities. Nipple Peak and Prospector trails offer wooded singletrack riding with tight turns, narrow tracks and slippery roots. A full UTM grid is printed on the map to aid with GPS navigation.
