I began eating it with a fork than switched to a spoon so I can take bigger bites...basically, I inhaled this salad, that’s how good it was. This is a twist on the traditional deviled egg. Didn't expect to like the raisins in this recipe but went for it and am so glad I did! I first tried something similar to this in San Antonio and could never find a recipe that really recaptured what I had there.
